Commands added/modified

• !fgoat - Anyone can use !fgoat now. However, the command backfires on non-admins with some special exclusive messages.
• !fdog - Inspired by DekZek of #smashwiki, this command allows you to send a dog to interact with another user. It is usable by everyone.
• !falconpunch - Allows you to Falcon Punch, Falcon Kick, or WOMBO COMBO!!!! another user. Backfires on non-admins.
• !fkitty - Allows you to send a werekitten to interact with another user. Backfires on non-admins, but it could turn out well for you.
• !moo - Makes the bot moo. The bot might not moo for those unworthy.
